Before Kerri began helping LoLo agents and subscribers, she was helping rescue wildlife. It’s not the most obvious career path, but for her, it makes perfect sense. Five years championing animals across North Carolina and Costa Rica built the exact muscles she flexes every day at LoLo: empathy, problem-solving, and a genuine desire to make someone’s day easier. She lives in Asheville with her daughter and fills the margins with writing, live music, and a running list of places she hasn’t been yet.
