The Blissful Whisk is a cute local bakery serving up some fresh-baked bliss! When Blissful Whisk owner, Tiffany Cable, was attending the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy at Spokane Community College, she had her heart set on opening a bakery in her neighborhood so she could share her treats with the community that nurtured her. Today, her dream has been realized, and the Blissful Whisk has churned out a variety of tasty treats as a result.
