We are a family-owned and operated business that has been in the seafood industry since 2003, as seafood wholesalers and in the restaurant business for generations. We produce our own crab cake and conch fritter products from scratch and distribute these to restaurants throughout South Florida including the Florida Keys. We are committed to serving quality, classic dishes creatively interpreted by Chef Marko. He designed each and every dish with the inspiration of his Cuban-American upbringing in Key West uniquely highlighted with tastes and techniques from his travels across the Caribbean, the country, and internationally. These are flavors you're sure to recognize with a hint of something magical you can’t quite put your finger on.
