Flour Child Bakery and Cafe has something for everyone, made-from-scratch and fresh daily. The award-winning Flour Child Bakery is owned and operated by Beth and Terrance Augustine and was born out of Beth's creative mind in their home kitchen as they were starting their family. Flour Child Bakery was named the Lansing Area's Best Bakery and has been recognized for having the Lansing Area's Best Bagels (two years running) by the Lansing City Pulse Top of Town Awards. FCB is also well known for its freshly made croissants that you will find nowhere else outside of Paris. Flour Child Bakery also offers unique sandwiches, salads, and quiches as well as locally-roasted coffee from MadCap Coffee; located in Grand Rapids, MI.
