How it Works

1. Click “View My Gift”

On your phone, click the button in the email or follow the link to the SMS text message.

2. Click “Use Now”

Only click "Use Now" when you are physically present at the gift's location. Clicking beforehand will result in premature redemption.

3. Present the Certificate

Show the certificate on your phone to the server or cashier, who will approve your purchase.

Is LoLo a scam?

Locals supporting locals (LoLo) is a real company that started in Asheville, NC in 2013. Since then we’ve infused over $5 Million dollars back into local economies.

Can I print my gift?

No, they cannot be printed. In order to ensure that gifts are only used once and to keep the process simple for local vendors, LoLo Gifts must be redeemed on a mobile device.

How are the local businesses paid?

Each of our local merchants are paid in full for every gift that is redeemed. LoLo was started to help local businesses compete against the big box and large chains.
