As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll partner with our largest brokerage customers to help them get the most out of LoLo. Your mission? Grow sender adoption, increase the number of recipients per sender, and ensure every account stays healthy and engaged.

You'll utilize a blend of data insights, thoughtful outreach, and creative enablement to transform great launches into enduring success stories. You'll fit right in if you love building relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and celebrating client wins.

You’ll report to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate closely with the sales and product teams.

What You'll Do

Grow Usage & Adoption

  • Partner with brokerage leadership and internal champions to drive agent enrollment and maximize recipient counts.

  • Set adoption goals per account and create customized growth plans to hit them.

  • Proactively recommend strategies to clients for onboarding additional agents and expanding their recipient lists.

  • Track and manage account health using LoLo's success benchmarks:

Protect & Retain

  • Monitor engagement metrics regularly and flag accounts at risk.

  • Work with Marketing and Ops to deploy re-engagement campaigns if usage dips.

  • Conduct quarterly account reviews to showcase ROI and highlight wins (engagement stats, referrals, transaction correlation).

  • Proactively recommend next steps if an account is trending unhealthy, before renewal season.

Build Relationships that Last

  • Become a trusted advisor for each enterprise account by understanding their goals, culture, and challenges.

  • Celebrate successes with clients (e.g., hitting engagement milestones, standout agent stories).

  • Host training refreshers, Lunch & Learns, and mini webinars to keep agents energized

  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally—sharing feature requests and feedback with the Product and Ops teams.

  • HubSpot CRM + Service Hub (for account tracking and communication)

  • Slack + Zoom (for real-time conversations)

  • Google Workspace (for tracking adoption and engagement)

  • Internal dashboards (for measuring sender counts, recipients, and engagement rates)

What Success Looks Like

  • Assigned accounts have a baseline of agent adoption and an average number of recipients per sender

  • Engagement rate across assigned accounts exceeds our established benchmarks

  • Year-over-year reduction in churn across enterprise accounts

  • Growth in senders and recipients in every account, quarter-over-quarter

What We're Looking For

You're not just managing accounts—you're growing them. You know how to partner deeply with clients, particularly in high-trust, high-touch industries such as real estate. 

Here's what sets you apart:

  • Proven Experience – You've spent 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Growth at a B2B SaaS company or real estate brokerage. 

You understand what makes users adopt, engage, and stay.

  • Data-Informed, Not Just Data-Driven – You use dashboards and KPIs to tell stories, uncover risk, and guide strategic account planning—not just to report activity.

  • Strategic Relationship Builder – You balance scale and personalization effortlessly, maintaining a strong connection with every client, even when managing a full portfolio.

  • Energizing Communicator – Whether it's a broker onboarding, an agent Lunch & Learn, or a renewal call, you bring clarity, charisma, and an action-oriented approach to every conversation (even on Zoom).

  • Systems Thinker with a Tactical Edge – You see both the forest and the trees. You can align daily activity to account objectives, renewal risk, and long-term client value.

  • Real Estate-Adjacent Fluency (Bonus) – You've worked with PropTech platforms, martech tools, or real estate professionals and know how to speak their language.

  • Influencer of Sales-Driven Teams – You've successfully coached or collaborated with commission-driven salespeople to embrace marketing tools and best practices that drive long-term growth.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, designed to reward both consistent performance and strategic impact.

  • Base Salary (~70%): The majority of compensation consists of a stable base salary, acknowledging the foundational importance of strategic relationship management and day-to-day account success.

  • Performance Incentives (~30%): Variable compensation is tied to key performance metrics such as:

    • Sender and recipient growth within assigned accounts

    • Account health and renewal rates

    • Strategic brokerage partner satisfaction and engagement
